• Payment data: handled by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card details.
• Your Own Photo images: see the section below.
• Site analytics: anonymized usage data to help us improve the site.

Your Own Photo images

When you use the Own Photo tool, your image is converted to dots in your browser. It is only transmitted to us when you place an order, and we use it solely to produce your kit. We delete production files on a routine schedule after fulfillment.

How we use your data

To process orders, provide support, send order updates, and, only if you opt in, share news and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Your rights

Under GDPR and similar laws, you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Email support@easydotz.com and we will respond within 30 days.
