We want you to love your kit. Every Easy Dotz order is backed by a 30-day happiness guarantee from the day it arrives.

Ready-to-use kits

If a ready-to-use kit arrives damaged, faulty, or simply is not what you hoped for, contact us within 30 days for a replacement or full refund. Unopened kits can be returned for a refund; we just ask that you cover return shipping.

Own Photo kits

Because Own Photo kits are printed uniquely from your image, they cannot be resold and so are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. However, our happiness guarantee still applies: if your kit arrives damaged or there is a printing fault, we will reprint or refund it, no questions asked.

Damaged or faulty items

Please email info@easydotz.com with your order number and a photo of the issue within 30 days. We will make it right quickly.

How to start a return

1. Email info@easydotz.com with your order number.
2. We will confirm the next steps and a return address if needed.
3. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
