Where we ship

We ship worldwide with tracked delivery. Wherever you are, your Easy Dotz kit will reach your door.

Processing & delivery times

• Ready-to-use kits are dispatched within 1–2 business days.
• Own Photo kits are made to order and dispatched within 2–4 business days.
• Most orders arrive within about a week, depending on your location. Remote regions may take a little longer.

You will receive a tracking link by email the moment your order ships.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination, and it is free on orders over $60. You will always see the exact cost before you pay.

Customs & duties

For international orders, any import duties or taxes are set by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the recipient. These are rare for personal craft items but can apply in some regions.

A parcel gone astray?

If your tracking has not updated or your kit has not arrived in the expected window, contact us at support@easydotz.com and we will chase it down with the courier.
