1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the Easy Dotz website and your purchase of our products. By placing an order you agree to them. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy and Shipping & Delivery pages.

2. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, in which case any payment taken will be refunded in full.

3. Pricing

Prices are shown in USD and include applicable taxes where required. Promotional pricing applies only while a promotion is live. We may correct pricing errors before dispatch.

4. Own Photo content

When you upload an image for an Own Photo kit, you confirm that you own the rights to that image or have permission to use it, and that it does not infringe anyone's rights or contain unlawful content. We may decline to produce any image at our discretion.

5. Intellectual property

All site content, designs, and the Easy Dotz brand are owned by Easy Dotz and may not be reproduced without permission. Finished artwork you create from our kits is yours to keep, display and gift.

6. Liability

Our kits are craft products intended for ages 8 and up. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the products you purchased.
